Hand-poured with Care and Prayer • Made with 100% Pure Beeswax
Update To Our Customers
It was our sincerest intention to be able to carry on the special tradition of Quiet Light Candles, started by the Sisters of the Convent of the Meeting of the Lord, but due to unexpected circumstances, we are not able to at this time.
This website will be up for a little bit longer; we welcome you to take advantage of the remaining stock, which is going quickly.
Knowing that you value 100% pure beeswax candles, handmade with care and prayer, we invite you to please feel free to visit the website of Holy Nativity Convent in Brookline, MA, where our local sisters first came from. The nuns there have been making various 100% pure beeswax candles and other handicrafts for decades. (Shipping costs should not be affected very much as both we and they try to use flat rate shipping.)
The Sisters of the Convent of the Meeting of the Lord and we thank you very sincerely for all of your friendship, prayers, love and support throughout the years! If and when we are able to resume, we will be sure to let you know! ~The Hopke Family
"I've been buying candles from them for several years now and have never once regretted it. The quality and positive energy in their candles make them really special. They have brought me peace in difficult times and added beauty to the good times."

"Thank you very much. I love your candles and own no others. I share them (along with your brochure) with all my friends, and give them as gifts each Christmas to my close friends and family. I look forward to packaging them up to give again."

"I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your incredibly pure beeswax candles. I have struggled with chemical sensitivities for many years and went through a time when I would react even to beeswax candles from reputable sources. Then I found your website and decided to give the Quiet Light candles a try. Thanks be to God - I did not react! It is such a blessing to be able to have a beautiful candle burning for celebrations, to 'clean the air' with them if need be, and to enter into the silent awe and wonder of deep prayer that candles seem to evoke in us. Again, my profound thanks for your gracious work."
